Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Customer Service Representative to work for a company in Banbury.


This role would be suitable for a candidate who is seeking a portfolio of clients to manage, processing orders, raising invoices using SAP and credits and the day-to-day management of their clients.


Role: Customer Service


Location: Banbury


Salary: £28,000 per Annum depending on experience


Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours a week


Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:



1. Liaises with a defined group of clients to establish and monitor account activity.

2. Liaises with international group sites, logistics/carriers to ensure products delivered to client’s requirements.

3. Responds promptly to any customer enquiries.

4. Deals directly with customers on any Customer Service-related questions either by telephone, electronically or face to face.

5. Accurately inputs and maintains sales orders from initial receipt, through validation, raising appropriate documentation in a timely manner.

6. Processes orders and sets up new customer accounts.

7. Maintains customer database in SAP.

8. Visits Customers and Distribution Centres when required.

9. Communicates and coordinates with internal departments (supply chain, sales, quality, marketing, consumer service, finance.

10. Investigates customer issues and complaints through to resolution.

11. Deals with order rejections and Supply Chain & Quality Customer

12. Organises workflow to meet customer time frames.

13. Raises invoices.

14. Updates order book movements in SAP

15. Prepares and distributes customer activity reports.

16. Monitors KPIs set by the business

17. Perform additional ad-hoc duties and collate reports for management as and when requested.




About you:



18. Resilient and able to do the routine parts of the job adequately.

19. Autonomous and independent, able to multitask and deal with confidential information.

20. Ability to process and interpret large quantity of data and information accurately.

21. Demonstrates a positive attitude, openness.

22. Strong communication, facilitation and organisation skills.

23. Team player that is proactive, flexible, eager to learn and build and ready to go the extra mile.

24. Demonstrates and actively promotes company values.

25. Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

26. Proven track record in a similar position.

27. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. SAP is considered an advantage.

28. Excellent verbal / Written communication and presentation skills.
