Bookkeeper & Office Admin Assistant, Alton, Part-Time, Fully Office-Based, £30K to £35K PA (pro rata)
About the Role
You will join a supportive team working towards common goals. The role is diverse, with no two days the same, in a professional environment. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Issuing and managing sales invoices, tracking payments, and credit control.
2. Processing purchase invoices, matching POs, and maintaining ledgers.
3. Reconciling bank accounts and monitoring cash flow.
4. Maintaining product and cost data within the stock system.
5. Resolving financial queries with customers and suppliers.
6. Assisting with payment runs and supplier statement reconciliation.
7. Generating customer quotations, order confirmations, and invoices.
8. Processing customer deposits and final payments.
9. Coordinating with sales and finance teams for payments.
10. Handling incoming calls and supporting administrative tasks.
Candidate Requirements
We are seeking a highly capable individual with experience in a similar role. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and relevant experience.
