Job Description Responsibilities You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes: Ensure all personnel under supervision have completed appropriate site training and hold a valid SIA licence or LDN, meeting industry requirements Conduct monthly check-ins with Security Officers, proactively monitoring performance, maintaining positive employee relations and providing coaching and counselling as needed, in line with company policy Report all incidents in compliance with customer and company policies Assist the Security Management Team in developing and sharing best practices and utilising systems and tools to enhance service effectiveness Be fully conversant with operational functions including Access Control, CCTV, Detection and Alarm Systems, ensuring effective monitoring and reporting Assist the Site/Branch Manager with any additional reasonable or practical requests Demonstrate understanding and engagement with the Securitas Core Values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness, whilst showing a natural ability to recognise risk within the workplace and consider safety as a priority, complying with relevant policies, procedures and training as provided by the Company Please note - The responsibilities listed here aren’t the full picture—but they give you a good sense of the role.
