Position: Finance Systems Analyst
Join our Finance IT team during a major transformation from Microsoft GP to Workday, helping shape the future of our finance systems across multiple countries and phases.

Key Responsibilities:
* Leading enhancements to finance systems and refining finance processes, with a focus on Workday
* Supporting end-to-end ERP project delivery, including data migration and training
* Partnering with finance, technology teams, and third-party providers
* Providing ongoing support across core finance areas such as AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Tax, and Treasury
* Creating training materials and user documentation
* Driving continuous improvement through technical upgrades and innovative practices
* Ensuring robust control and governance, including change control and testing
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience in finance ERP implementations, ideally Workday
* Hands-on knowledge of data migration, UAT, integrations, and process design
* Attention to detail and strategic thinking
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
* Technical solutions orientation and strong analytical skills
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with Workday Financials
* Knowledge of consolidation and intercompany accounting
* Technical skills such as SQL, VBA, and advanced Excel
Location:
This role is based in our modern Durham (Janet Nash House) or Kenilworth (Giorgina Mackie House) offices. We operate a hybrid model, requiring you to be in the office more often than not—typically 3 days per week—with flexibility based on business needs. Travel to other sites may also be necessary.
