Job Description
We are looking for an individual who specialises in coordination, and is keen to support with the overall responsibility for the delivery of operational services, inclusive but not exhaustive of: Restaurant and coffee bars, Hospitality; client and conference services, logistics, and overall culinary experience. Leading with the project coordination across all London and Birmingham operational activities.
* Leading on Retail and Hospitality annual benchmarking reports, to identify pricing and trends
* Managing the coordination of all ongoing projects for London and Birmingham, and working closely with the Head of Operations to support where necessary, this involve good skills of project management and organisation
* Responsible for managing all communication within the Operation teams, and ensuring all members are included as necessary.
* Collaborating effectively with other onsite solutions vendor teams (across Hospitality and Facilities), and managing any cross-team projects.
* Being innovative with new ideas, and suggestions for the service and our operation, and researching what could be suitable.
* Develop coordinated annual marketing plan with outlets and ensure signage is displayed correctly.
* Collate and populate all presentation and proposal decks for the client, for any of our ongoing WSH projects across the estate.
* Liaising with the clients when necessary, regarding the status of any ongoing projects
* Attendance at weekly meetings in order to update the wider network with progress of our ongoing projects and request any support/approvals as required.
* Assist with implementing bespoke service initiatives tailored to client expectations, culture and business goals
* Maintain all of our SOPs and records, and ensure they are up-to-date
* Collate all Operational feedback and data to assist with making business decisions
* Assist in working as One Team, projecting a willing and helpful attitude to colleagues and clients.
* Ensure all training courses are completed at all times, avoiding overdue deadlines and take responsibility for contributing towards your own development with the guidance of your line manager and/or relevant mentor.

This is a brand new role for us, so the individual will have scope to shape and develop within the nature of the role. Please note, this role is based 5 days per week onsite.
Qualifications
Essential:
* Organised, and good time management skills and able to prioritise the workload effectively and efficiently.
* Microsoft office applications including: Sharepoint, Forms, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook etc.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders
* Proven experience working within a team
* Able to work using own initiative, and act proactively and promptly to last minute requests
* Enjoy working as a team, and keen to learn and progress.
* Any health and safety or project management accreditations would be desirable
* Previous experience within a contract catering environment, would be desirable
