Project Sales Manager
Brighton
£45,000 plus £75,000 OTE
An exciting opportunity for a Project Sales Manager has arisen with a high-end new homes developer on site in Brighton, East Sussex.
Reporting into the Sales and Marketing Director, on offer is a basic salary of up to £45,000 plus £75,000 OTE.
This role includes weekend working with Monday and Tuesday off.
You will be a Senior Sales Consultant or Project Sales Manager/Team leader with housebuilder experience.
The Role:
* Drive and hit agreed sales targets, as agreed with the Sales Director
* Hit and exceed all KPI's for sales and customer service
* Contribute to marketing ideas and sales strategy
* Arrange and manage launches and event
* Provide regular reporting to the Sales Director
Key requirements:
* New Homes Sales Experience as a Senior Sales Advisor, Team Leader or Project Sales Manager
* Be able to self-manage
* Customer service led and sales motivated
* Competent with IT systems
* Able to work weekends
* Full UK driving licence
