Main duties of the job
You will join the South Camden Community Team (SCCT), one of the two Camden CAMHSs Community Teams - Open Minded. We are a multi-disciplinary team staffed by highly experienced clinicians and part of a large and vibrant child and family department. You will have a crucial role in the team, consisting of Clinical Psychologists, Family and Systemic Psychotherapists, Child & Adolescent Psychotherapists, Nurses and Consultant Psychiatrist and many trainees studying at Tavistock Centre. You will provide direct clinical input to children, young people and their families/carers in a multi-agency environment. You will deliver CAMHS input in schools as part of the schools programme.

Person Specification
* Degree level as a minimum plus developed specialist and practical knowledge equating to postgraduate degree/ Masters level
* Registration with UKCP as a Systemic and Family Psychotherapist
* Evidence of clinical experience working with relevant client population (Child and Adolescent Mental Health 0-18s).
* Clinical experience of assessing mental health and wellbeing needs of clients
* Experience of managing clinical complexity and high-risk patients
* Demonstrate equality, diversity and inclusion awareness and application of EDI issues
* A comprehensive understanding of the changing NHS and Social Care environment and the challenges they face
* High level of skill and knowledge in safeguarding and risk management
* Basic keyboard skills for updating client records Ability to manage own clinical case load
* Experience of working with schools.
* Some experience of involvement in project work e.g. quality improvement
