Wills Consultants are leading a retained search for a Global client seeking an exceptional Channel Sales Manager to lead and scale our partner ecosystem while driving a critical transition from perpetual software to subscription (SaaS).

This is a high-impact role where youll influence strategy, unlock new revenue streams, and play a key part in shaping the future of a fast-growing digital accessibility business.

Your Impact

Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive growth

* Lead the transition from perpetual licensing to subscription/SaaS models
* Identify, engage and onboard high-value channel partners
* Build joint go-to-market plans and drive partner-led revenue
* Use data insights to inform decisions, optimise performance, and scale success
* Track and analyse partner performance, pipeline, and conversion metrics
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams

What youll bring

* Proven experience in channel sales / partner management
* Track record of driving subscription or SaaS business models
* Strong commercial mindset with experience in developing and executing sales strategies
* Ability to extract, interpret, and leverage data for decision-making
* Experience building or scaling partner ecosystems
* Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
* Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
