IT Contract Manager

Salary: Up to £55,000 + benefits
Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid (2 days/week in office)
Our client in financial services is looking for a proactive and experienced IT Contract Manager to join their team, supporting supplier relationships and governance activities. This is a hands-on role focused on managing relationships with key suppliers and ensuring contract performance and alignment with business needs.
You'll be part of a collaborative team that touches every business unit. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a regulated environment and enjoys balancing structured governance with dynamic problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage supplier relationships and performance across contracts.
2. Lead governance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks.
3. Support contract changes, transformation programmes, and business unit initiatives.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract alignment and delivery.
5. Provide advice and insight on supplier risk, operational resilience, and contract value.
6. Think creatively to solve challenges without relying solely on RFPs or sourcing materials.
