Job Vacancy: Project Manager

The Vacancy
* Champion Health and Safety in the workplace, ensuring all safety guidelines are followed and promoting a safety-first culture.
* Lead and participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress, resolve issues, and monitor client interactions.
* Collaborate with relevant departments to monitor project progress and implement solutions to meet deadlines.
* Update and maintain the RACI matrix annually to reflect current business needs.
* Manage live projects professionally, delegating tasks, motivating teams, and adhering to company procedures for successful project completion.
* Support the detailing team to meet client expectations and project deadlines.
* Coordinate with operations to ensure achievable lead times and support team planning.
* Ensure accurate issuance of construction drawings and related guides before product delivery to site.
* Monitor and adjust Product Delivery Dates to align with client programs.
* Manage brick requirements, control costs, and handle variations affecting project budgets.
* Maintain accurate project databases and produce forecasts for production planning.
* Control carriage charges and recover unforeseen costs from clients.
* Prepare reports and presentations detailing project variations and financials.
* Manage project timelines to prevent client claims for delays and address any issues proactively.
* Provide basic technical calculations and support from the Structural Engineering team when needed.
* Produce operation and maintenance manuals in collaboration with Detailers and Engineers.
* Respond to technical inquiries promptly, providing excellent customer service.
* Attend site and office visits to foster client relationships, resolve technical issues, and develop product designs.
* Promote a customer-first service culture within the team and externally.
* Ensure regular project progress reports are issued to clients and maintain open communication with site representatives.
* Record and monitor customer service issues, providing comprehensive reports including any additional costs.
* Coach team members and clients, including delivering product presentations and conducting installation training.
* Support the team in exceeding targets and meet performance criteria as per salary banding.
* Conduct inductions, reviews, and manage line responsibilities for direct reports.
* Uphold the 6 Agreements of Collaboration and adapt to market changes as required.
Key Skills and Competencies
* Proficient in administration and IT skills.

* Technical proficiency in detailing and understanding detailed drawings for approval, production, and construction.
