The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing logistics company based in Darlington who are looking to expand their team with reliable and professional HGV Class 1 (LGV C+E) Drivers.
This role offers regular ongoing work on a Monday to Friday basis. There is the potential for a temp-to-perm placement for the right drivers. IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE!!!
Job duties:
* Running trailers from Darlington to Bolton or Bathgate and tip
* Run to Penrith and reload and returning to Darlington
* Trailer types include curtain side and refrigerated
Requirements:
* Valid Class 1 (C+E) UK Licence
* Valid Driver CPC (DQC)
* Valid Digital Tachograph Card
* Minimum 2 years' commercial UK Class 1 experience (for insurance purposes)
* Maximum 6 points for minor offences - No DR or IN endorsements
Hours of work:
* Shift start times of 02.00am or 03.00am
* Monday to Friday
Pay Rate:
* £15.00 per hour
