Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based near St Paul's. CBW are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a prestigious commercial office building based a 5-minute walk from St Paul's station. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.
He or she will be required to carry out Electrical planned and reactive maintenance across this static site. Working with the maintenance team on-site. He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below. Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
Emergency lighting tests
Control Panels
Changing Ballast
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
Maintain and update Log books
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
Monitor the mechanical plant
Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
Cooling Towers
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Water Treatment
General building fabric

Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
07:00am to 16:00pm - Week 1
09:00am to 18:00pm - Week 2Requirements
Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Required)
17th/18th Edition (Required)
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
