Responsibilities
* Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
* Act as the primary liaison for all partner members across the UK
* Manage partner accounts, including contracts/memberships/key delivery milestones
* Converting warm leads, with some new business generation
* Attend networking events as necessary
Qualifications
* Ideally 5 years’ experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role
* Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
* Interest in and ability to nurture/expand accounts and bring on new ones
* Experience managing contracts, delivery schedules, or partnership agreements
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Knowledge of the construction, infrastructure, skills, or local government landscape is a bonus
Compensation and Benefits
* Salary of up to £45,000 Pro Rata (24 hours per week)
* 24 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata)
* Travel expenses covered for required site visits or events

* 12-month FTC
* Fully remote
* 24 hours per week – flexible on when these are worked
* £25,000 to £27,000 take home / Up to £45,000 FTE
