The role |
As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to reach their potential, while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.
Responsibilities |

* Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards in the kitchen.

* Be a proactive problem solver, making quick and effective decisions.

* Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, with a genuine and considerate approach to team interactions.
* Proven ability to maintain high standards in food safety and hygiene.
* Financial acumen regarding kitchen performance metrics such as GP and stock control.
* Experience managing labor costs and adapting to changing demands.
* Leadership qualities that inspire and engage teams to excel and develop their careers.
