Store Manager - Central London (Two Vacancies)

The Role
As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of your store's success-leading by example, motivating your team, and ensuring high operational standards across every aspect of the business.
You'll be responsible for:
Driving commercial performance through customer experience, strong visual merchandising, and effective product management.
Overseeing daily operations, including staffing, payroll, and store processes to maximise efficiency.
Coaching, developing, and inspiring your management and sales teams to achieve their full potential.
Analysing store performance and implementing initiatives to boost sales and profitability.
Acting as a brand ambassador, embodying the company's values and delivering a consistent, high-quality experience for every customer.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend most of your time on the shop floor, leading by example and engaging directly with both customers and your team.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has proven experience in retail store management (essential).
Is commercially driven, confident, and highly organised.
Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate others.
Enjoys working in a fast-moving retail environment and strives for continual improvement.
