Working within the Owners Services Team you will be the initial point of contact for owners within blocks in common ownership where the Council provides management services. You will prepare and distribute property management agreements, written statement of services and deal with enquiries from owners regarding the service provided.
You will respond to solicitors on house sale enquiries, assist the Development Officer with the Missing Shares scheme and deal with external factors.
It is essential you have previous experience of providing a customer focus service relative to housing investment and management programmes; dealing with the public; working and liaising with a variety of agencies; record keeping and letter and detailed report writing. You must have effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work on your own initiative; work with a wide range of people, deal with customer/clients in relation to the specific housing needs; communicate at all levels and be able to organise your own workload to meet challenging deadlines.
You must be able to attend meetings out with normal working hours.
A SNC level qualification in housing or equivalent is desirable as is a full current driving licence.
