Role: Customer Envoy
Location: Rosyth, applicants must be located near Fife/Rosyth
Hours of Work: Monday - Thursday 07:15am – 15:45pm. Friday 07:15am-14:15pm (38.5hrs per week)
Contract: Temporary ongoing
Salary: £12.21 per hour, weekly pay
Full UK Drivers Licence Required
As a Customer Envoy, you are responsible for completing various tasks including manually loading cages onto your vehicle, delivering stock to customer sites, unloading, checking in, and putting away stock to maintain appropriate inventory levels. You will assist customers with additional requests, focusing on replenishing the correct materials and quantities as requested, while representing the organization professionally.
A comprehensive training program is provided for all new associates to ensure competence and safety.

Warehouse/Customer Envoy Responsibilities:
* Working independently
* Driving a work van to various locations within Rosyth Dockyard
* Manually unloading cages full of stock onto customer sites
* Replenishing inventory using a hand-held scanner
* Supporting other areas of the operation as part of the ‘One Team’ approach
* Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment and adhering to 5S standards
* Following any specific requests on the customer site
Person Specification:
* Educated to a good standard
* Experience driving a van (required)
* Experience working in a warehousing environment (essential)
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience using IT equipment in a workplace
* Experience with hand-held scanners
* Open to change and adaptable, with a willingness to learn
* Ability to prioritize a varied workload
* Must pass a Scotland disclosure check and customer baseline security
* Full UK Drivers Licence
* Forklift license (advantageous)
