JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Create SOPs for Food Safety Management per ISO 22000
* Liaise with support departments, mentor, train, and evaluate colleagues
* Lead audits to ensure high scores and compliance
* Establish audit requirements for ISO 22000
* Lead risk assessments, gap analysis, and risk management
* Manage Hygiene Operating Manual and related documentation
* Oversee Food Safety Management System programs
* Promote a positive food safety, health, and hygiene culture
* Identify hazards and risks using ISO 22000 and HACCP
* Coordinate with departments and external parties
* Support HACCP accreditation efforts
* Manage stakeholder and risk management
* Develop corrective actions and ensure compliance
* Develop training materials and record training activities
* Prepare documentation for ISO and HACCP audits
* Report structural deficiencies in food safety and hygiene
* Maintain pest management systems
* Handle food complaints efficiently
* Lead preventive maintenance schedules
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 10 years’ management experience in international hotel or airline food catering at manager level
* Master’s in microbiology or related field
* UK certifications or accreditation
* Experience with ISO 22000 and HACCP
* Experience in pre-opening or new projects
* Bachelor’s in food science or technology
* HACCP qualification and experience in implementation and execution
* Strong training, coaching, and online learning skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; analytical and data-driven mindset
* Ability to set directions, organize work, and communicate effectively
