Our Business Support Officers play a critical role in supporting teams to meet the administrative demands and consider innovative solutions to meet the needs of the service. Receive great support from our proactive and knowledgeable management team Develop and progress in your career through training and development opportunities in a variety of pathways You will have: NVQ level 3 in business administration or equivalent. Experience of working within administration, social care, health and/or contract management disciplines. The ability to work calmly under pressure and manage multiple processes at any one time A proven track record of providing administrative support in a fast paced and pressurised environment delivering speedy outcomes. Excellent customer service skills. Previous experience within a local government environment, and knowledge of local government regulations and procedures.
