Senior Audit Manager – Not-for-Profit Specialist
£80,000+ (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced Audit Senior Manager with a passion for the Not-for-Profit (NFP) and Charities sector? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Top 30 accountancy firm with a strong reputation and a growing NFP portfolio, including charities, higher education institutions, and trade unions.
The Senior Audit Manager Opportunity
* Lead a varied portfolio within the NFP sector, working with a supportive and established team.
* Join a firm with over 300 staff, offering the personal touch of a partner-led service with the backing of a large, growing group.
* Benefit from a flexible hybrid policy – just 2 days in the office (close to Euston Square station), with core hours from 10am–4pm.

What You'll Be Doing
* Managing and reviewing Not-for-Profit audits from planning to completion, including Charities SORP and Higher Education SORP.
* Leading and mentoring junior staff, supporting their technical and professional growth.
* Building strong client relationships while supporting business development and tender opportunities.
* Contributing to a growing department by getting involved in marketing events, articles, and thought leadership.
What We're Looking For
* ACA/ACCA qualified with significant NFP audit experience.
* Strong technical skills including Charities SORP, FRS102, and (ideally) Higher Education audits.
* Proven track record in managing audit teams, client relationships, and delivering high-quality work.
* Passionate about making a positive impact in the NFP sector.
