Temporary 4 Month Contract \n\nBased: Edinburgh Gyle Area (hybrid 3 days onsite)\n\nEscape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are currently recruiting for our client, a large corporate organisation based in Edinburgh. We are looking to hire an Administrator to support on a temporary basis until August to cover a particularly busy period.\n\nResponsibilities Include\n\nSupport the Sales and Customer Service team to process sales orders\nLiaise with internal departments to ensure capacity to fulfil order i.e. Production, Finance, Warehouse\nDeal with logistics partner to raise appropriate dispatch paperwork\nUpdate relevant department with any issues or delays during full lifecycle of order\nCreate customer order reports and forecastsPerson Required \n\nPrevious administration experience \nRecent gradates will also be considered for this position, ideally within a relevant subject such as Business, Accounting etc\nExceptional organisation, planning and prioritising skills\nConfident IT skills which should include MS Word, Excel and ideally database systems\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy\nGood communication skills, able to liaise with various internal and external partners
