Main Duties:
* Producing, creating, and modifying basic layouts using AutoCAD.
* Amending house type planning drawings as required.
* Completing small planning applications.
* Submitting & liaising with Local Planning Authorities regarding planning condition clearance.
* Liaising with Planning Officers to follow up on the progress of minor applications.
* Attending meetings as required in the performance of your duties.
* Complying with and upholding company policies and procedures.
* Undertaking additional tasks as reasonably required.
* Maintaining all health and safety aspects related to Covid-19.

What we are looking for:
* Computer / IT literacy with the ability to use Excel, Word, and database packages.
* Previous experience in a similar role in a busy office environment.
* Ability to use AutoCAD.
* 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including Maths and English (or equivalent).
* Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
