Working in partnership with Youngs Seafood in Grimsby we are recruiting a reliable, hardworking Production Operative.

SHIFT PATTERN
* 5am-1pm/6am-2pm
* 6am-6pm (adhoc days or Weekends, 4x4)
* 1-9pm/2-10pm
* 2-6pm
* 9pm-5am/10pm-6am
* Weekends 6am-6pm
All shifts are available on a Monday to Friday full time basis, or we have the availability to offer flexible hours around your other commitments.
START DATE/DURATION
Production Operative positions will commence with immediate effect however, if you do have a notice period with a current employer, we will work around this. This is ongoing, long-term work and will lead to a permanent position.
THE ROLE
* Production operatives are responsible for the production of seafood products.
* Packing and loading produce.
* General production line work.
* Hygiene duties.
* General housekeeping duties.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
* No previous experience required as full training is provided.
* Committed, team player with a keen eye for quality.
* Reliable with good timekeeping.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Previous experience as a Production operative /Manufacturing operative/ Packer/ Line operative would be advantageous, not essential.
