We are recruiting for a Head of Supplier Relationships to design and lead a new, strategic approach to engaging suppliers across the UK.This is a rare opportunity to shape a national supplier engagement function from the ground up influencing supplier performance, sector reputation, innovation, and long-term commercial growth. This role will require national travel on a weekly baisis In this role you will Develop and implement a national supplier engagement strategy tailored to diverse frameworks and markets. Act as the senior escalation point for all supplier relationships. Champion consistent supplier performance and high levels of customer satisfaction. Support pre-tender supplier engagement activities and monitor their impact. We are looking for individuals with experience of Strong background in supplier relationship management, supply chain, or commercial partnership roles. Experience in a customer-facing environment with measurable impact. Technical understanding of the construction sector. Knowledge of public-sector procurement (frameworks, DPS, social value). Able to influence stakeholders at all organisational levels. Experienced in managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
