Overview
As our Onsite Stock Coordinator, you will work at a key client site in Barrow to ensure our Arco vending machines are fully stocked at all times. This will require someone with high attention to detail, who is comfortable working autonomously and can follow a schedule. This is a manual role, so experience in a role involving large amounts of manual handling, preferably within a warehousing environment, would be advantageous. Any offer of employment will be subject to a site security test. This is a full-time, on-site position, working Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:30 and Friday 08:00-17:00.
Key responsibilities
* Acquire relevant stock items for customer stores
* Drive a company van on the customer's site to ensure stores are fully stocked
* Liaise directly with customers and account managers to ensure a high level of service
* Efficiently manage time to ensure customers' sites are visited at agreed dates and times
* Provide web support for self-managed customers
* Liaise with the central team to ensure stocks are counted and data is accurate, and update them on relevant customer information
* Maintain professional housekeeping standards of all inventory and locations within a customer site; work in the trade counter as required during absences/holidays
* Comply with vehicle servicing requirements and maintain the appearance of the company vehicle
* Complete weekly control forms to be returned to the central team for logging
About You
* A full UK driving licence
* No history that may affect security clearance
* Experience within stock management would be advantageous
* Strong communication and customer service skills to liaise with customers and management
* Excellent IT skills with the ability to adapt to new systems
* Ability to plan, prioritise and manage your own daily/weekly workload
* Experience of manual handling in a warehousing environment or similar
