Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Thursday (08:30 – 17:00), Friday (08:00 - 13:00)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000. Dependant on experience.

Due to continued growth, we are increasing our Customer Delivery team, and we are looking for a Rapid Delivery Project Manager to drive the success of high-value, short lead time projects that shape the future of mobility.

About The Role
As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering rapid delivery customer projects within 4 – 12 weeks, to drive our monthly revenue. This is a great opportunity offering potential development and progression into more complex, longer term new product introduction projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing end‑to‑end delivery of short‑lead‑time customer projects.
* Coordinating cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Planning.
* Leading project governance routines and delivery meetings.
* Acting as the primary customer contact, ensuring fast and transparent communication.
* Tracking risks, issues, and scope changes to maintain delivery performance.
* Supporting financial performance and accurate revenue recognition.
* Identifying opportunities for customer growth and continuous improvement.
Who We’re Looking For
* Experience managing prototype or rapid development projects.
* Background in automotive, performance automotive/motorsport, energy, or similar sectors.
* Strong project management discipline and commercial awareness.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
* Familiarity with ERP systems (Business Central desirable).
* Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerBI.
* Experience in Agile methodology, APM or equivalent certification preferred.
* Ability to travel to site.
