You’ll be paid a salary of up to £25,000 per annum. What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Advance coordination with the customer and excise team to ensure the compliant despatch of stock
* Support and/or manage bespoke VAS for individual accounts
* Scan pallets picked for dispatch, consolidate pallets and finalise loads, build containers/trailers
* Raise IFOS discrepancies to senior managers and manage drivers arriving onsite
* Daily operational checks and report generation, review of forecasts and create international documentation

What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Previous Administrative experience is essential, ideally within an export environment
* Customs Declaration Service experience is highly desirable
* Strong administration skills: MS Office is essential
* Excellent organisational skills
* A commitment to producing accurate work, to a high standard, within set timescales
