Senior Infrastructure Engineer – St Neots (PE19) – Perm – Full-Time on site About the Role: Join our Digital Services Group (DSG) in collaboration with the Electronic Warfare Operations Support Group (EWOS), a diverse team of over 60 professionals. We're building a pioneering team at a cutting-edge test and evaluation facility at our Cambridgeshire HQ. We're seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with at least 5 years of experience to lead the full engineering lifecycle of secure networks — from requirements gathering and system design through to implementation, testing, commissioning, and ongoing support. You will work with unprecedented customer access, cutting-edge technologies, and industry-best practices to shape the IT infrastructure of a revolutionary synthetic test and evaluation system. Key Responsibilities: * Translate business needs from non-technical stakeholders into technical specifications. * Design, implement, and support secure network infrastructures. * Provide 3rd-line support and act as a technical mentor to junior engineers. * Manage the configuration and deployment of Windows Server environments (2022/2025). * Oversee multi-vendor systems (FortiGate, Cisco, Dell) and virtualization platforms. * Ensure projects meet requirements and follow change management protocols.
