Responsibilities
* Work with students who have special educational needs (SEN), offering one-to-one and small group support.
* Assist with lesson delivery, help adapt learning resources, and ensure pupils remain engaged and confident in the classroom.
* Support students’ academic progress and overall wellbeing.
Qualifications
* Degree – 2:2 or above in any subject.
* Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
* Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
* Genuine interest in working with students with SEN; a career in education is desirable.
* Previous experience in a similar role or with young people is advantageous.
