Job Description
About our company
We operate in a hybrid working model - our marketing team comes into our lovely Soho office 2 days per week and work remotely the rest of the time.
The world is full of amazing hotels, and smart hoteliers who want to fill their rooms efficiently. Unfortunately, outdated tech and an industry-wide reliance on online travel agents (OTAs) makes that a big challenge. Enter Triptease: We offer cutting-edge digital marketing and direct booking solutions that provide the data-driven sophistication of an OTA for every hotel.
About our role
Triptease's Marketing team is looking for a driven and motivated Demand Generation Manager to support our ambitious plans for the year ahead. In this role, you'll define and execute marketing-led growth plans, overseeing paid and earned media campaigns, creating engaging growth journeys, and continuously optimizing them to drive business results.
This strategic cross-functional role is instrumental in ensuring that Triptease's unique solutions continue to power the hotel industry's fight against online travel agents (OTAs). Triptease is at scale-up stage, but offers all the fast-paced excitement and challenge of a start-up environment. You'll be empowered to take action, based on commercial insights and data, and own projects from conception, to execution and measurement. If that sounds exciting we would love to hear from you.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Defining and implementing strategic growth plans: You'll develop a deep understanding of their needs and generate demand for Triptease's solutions, identifying growth opportunities and executing on them
* Measuring and optimizing for commercial success: You'll be driven by data and commercial results, measuring everything you do and optimizing our investment based on opportunities generated and closed by our sales team. You'll work closely with them on a seamless handover, to drive timely action, gather insights on what works and will be sharing your learnings broadly with the rest of the team.
* Building great online experiences: In collaboration with the wider marketing team, you'll leverage and adapt our great content to build online journeys that convert. This will include the creation, distribution, testing and optimization of landing pages with a focus on UX and CRO.
* Managing paid and partnership campaigns: You'll be reviewing and managing distribution campaigns to maximize visibility with the right audiences
* Rallying the team around growth initiatives: You'll liaise with almost every team in the business, generating excitement and action in support of our defined plans. Using the data you gathered, you'll coach the team on how to think strategically about growth and develop the right content for the right audience
* Applying strategic and tactical creativity: You'll have the chance to come up with creative growth campaigns and initiatives, and use test-and-learn methodology to find out what works best.
* Leading a growth team within marketing: While being strongly hands-on, you'll be leading a small team working very closely on creation, distribution and measurement of your campaigns.
Requirements
* Be a digital marketing expert: You're familiar with the digital advertising landscape, CRO strategies, and various marketing tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads and more), and can use this knowledge to influence the team and drive results. You'll be especially proficient with email marketing (owned and paid) and ABM programmes.
* Understand the B2B sales cycle in a SAAS business: Your commercial acumen and curiosity will make you a trusted partner to drive growth.
* Identify growth areas proactively: You have a bias for action and can define your own goals based on context & existing opportunities, prioritizing them according to speed of impact and ROI.
* Drive all projects through to completion: Know what actions others need to take as a result of your campaigns and hold them accountable on delivery.
* Strive for continuous improvement: Drive revenue and improve processes through data driven optimization. You possess excellent analytical and critical thinking skills and a high degree of business acumen.
* Work effectively within a fast moving team: You should be able to handle multiple concurrent projects from start to finish with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
