Junior Designer — Eleven
We are Eleven, a Shopify Plus design & development agency for direct-to-consumer brands. We're a growing team of strategists, designers, creatives and developers who believe in the power of brand creating digital experiences that convert. We work with some of the biggest names in DTC as well as rising-star start-ups — and we're looking for a junior designer who's hungry to make their mark.
Who we are looking for
You're ambitious, self-motivated and genuinely excited about design. You don't wait to be told what to do — you spot opportunities, jump on them and bring energy to everything you touch. You take direction well and know when to listen, but you're also someone who backs their instincts and isn't afraid to speak up. As part of a small, close-knit team, you'll carry real responsibility from day one. Much of your focus will be shaping how we design and build e-commerce experiences — but you'll also get meaningful exposure to brand, print and digital across the board. You thrive in that kind of variety.
What you'll be doing
* UX/UI design for Shopify storefronts, campaign pages and e-commerce experiences — this is the heart of the role
* Contributing to information architecture and user flows that make digital experiences feel intuitive and considered
* Designing assets across digital platforms. Experience with motion graphics is very welcome!
* Articulating your thinking clearly — verbally, visually and in writing — supported by the Creative Director
* Attending client meetings and contributing with confidence
* Taking feedback constructively, iterating quickly and driving work through to approval
* Actively looking for smarter, faster ways to work — and bringing those ideas to the team (Using Ai to support your output)
* Supporting the team crafting brand identities, packaging, brand guidelines and storytelling frameworks for DTC brands
What you'll bring
* 1-2 years experience or someone ready for a fresh challenge — both are welcome
* A portfolio that demonstrates strong design sensibility, ideally with UX/UI or e-commerce work
* Figma proficiency — it's our primary tool and you should feel at home in it
* A genuine curiosity about AI and a proactive approach to embedding it into your workflow; experience with tools like Claude is a real plus
* Strong instincts for brand storytelling, typography, layout and information architecture
* The ability to work at pace without losing quality — you're a fast learner who adapts quickly
* A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a small team where your contribution is always visible
* You’ll have a growing interest in e-commerce and can apply your trade to adapt to a range of different clients and industries across many D2C categories.
* Excellent organisation skills and an ability to manage deadlines, your workload and the expectations of clients, colleagues and suppliers.

* Experience of Shopify or other similar e-comm platforms
* Understanding of brand strategy and how it applies to e-commerce
* Experience with Motion graphic design and web
Remote first
We're a remote-first agency, though this role involves regular in-person time with the team. Ideally you'll be based in or around London or Brighton.
