Head of Facilities Management

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for maximising value from assets and driving sustainable investment? Mytime Active is seeking a Head of Facilities Management to shape and deliver our asset and sustainability strategies, ensuring our facilities remain high-quality, efficient, and impactful for our customers and communities.
In this senior leadership role, you'll lead on capital investment projects, property management, and procurement, ensuring assets are managed strategically and sustainably. You'll inspire and develop a high-performing Asset Management Team, drive operational excellence, and embed innovation across our business. With responsibility for multi-site asset planning, compliance, and stakeholder engagement, you'll play a key role in delivering our corporate strategy and enhancing our reputation.
We're looking for an experienced asset or facilities management professional with a proven track record in multi-site leadership, budget management, and capital project delivery. You'll bring strong commercial acumen, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
