Job Purpose
As a Manufacturing Engineer responsible for managing the Assembly and Test scope, you will participate in engineering solutions within the Manufacturing Engineering function, adhering to TechnipFMC standards, procedures, processes, schedules, and budgets. You will ensure the smooth execution of production processes and collaborate with Industrial Engineers to create manufacturing packages with user documents and standards under the guidance of Lead Engineers.
Job Responsibilities
1. Review drawings, part reports, and procedures to ensure parts can be produced safely and efficiently following DFx methodology and safety standards.
2. Create production documentation such as assembly and test procedures, work instructions, and routings under supervision.
3. Assist in developing production processes to improve performance and meet strategic objectives, collaborating with Manufacturing and Design teams.
4. Develop and maintain standard routings per module and product family to control costs and lead times.
5. Create specifications for shop tools and review tooling configuration documentation.
6. Update user documents based on first article findings to reflect improvements and changes.
Candidate Requirements
* Relevant experience in the Oil and Gas manufacturing industry, focusing on Assembly and Test.
* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of engineering principles.
* Familiarity with manufacturing processes, documentation, and routing.
* Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
* Experience with CAD/CAM (NX), PLM Systems (TCE), and ERP Systems (SAP).
