Asset & Wealth Management - Digital and Data Transformation - Service Engagement - Vice President. J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management is a global leader in investment and wealth management, serving institutions, high-net-worth individuals and retail investors. The Service Engagement team, part of the IPB Digital & Data Transformation (DDT) organization, focuses on enhancing and developing tools for client-facing teams to deliver a seamless omni-channel digital experience across IPB regions.
Responsibilities
* Understand client needs by researching the business opportunity, client needs, and competitive landscape to inform initiatives and features. Participate in user experience research and integrate feedback to ensure relevance and usefulness.
* Define strategy, operating model, and roadmap to achieve vision and business goals. Own and drive the product roadmap, partner with developers and UX designers to deliver a differentiated user experience, and prioritize features to meet client and business goals while satisfying control requirements.
* Lead the product development lifecycle by defining requirements, ensuring sprint inputs and outputs, and guiding the scrum team with trade-off decisions. Collaborate with other product owners and designers to deliver end-to-end product and experience. Work with Technology to triage issues end-to-end and communicate resolutions.
* Establish approaches to pilot/rollout new capabilities, including objective/scope, communication, training/support, and metrics/feedback.
* Embed client-obsession by using user data, KPIs, industry trends, and feedback to shape designs and the product roadmap.
* Develop and maintain deep relationships with delivery partners across regions, including senior leaders, Digital, Technology, Design, Operations, and control functions.
Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
* 5+ years of experience in product management, data management, or a related role, with a focus on digital products and a proven track record of delivery.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
* Personal or professional experience in Private Banking is preferred.
* Ability to define and execute product roadmaps and business models.
* Ability to prioritize projects considering business and client needs, industry trends, resources, and trade-offs.
* Ability to partner with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
* Ability to manage tight delivery timelines and perform under pressure.
* Strong professional responsibility, self-motivation for a fast-paced team, and willingness to work additional hours during busy periods.
