At 21 Degrees Digital, we're a Leeds-based agency helping businesses across the UK shine online with everything from social media and SEO to web design, video and graphic content.

As our Digital Marketing Apprentice, you'll dive straight into real projects - learning how to create content, run campaigns, and use the latest tools to make brands stand out. With support from our experienced team, you'll build skills, gain confidence, and kickstart a career in the fast-moving world of digital marketing. Along the way, you'll enjoy great perks like Summer Fridays with early finishes, regular staff nights out, and even the chance to spend a week working remotely as part of our digital nomading initiative.

In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 Digital Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:
* Management of internal 21 Degrees social media
* Management and optimisation of internal Google Ad Campaigns
* Creating content for social media through graphic design, video, etc
* Monitoring performance of internal marketing campaigns
* Writing SEO optimised content for the 21 Degrees website
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
