Are you an organised, proactive individual with a knack for customer service and a head for numbers? St Brendan’s Sixth Form College is seeking an Estates and Services Co-ordinator to provide outstanding administration support to our very busy Estates and Services departments.
As our Estates and Services Coordinator, you'll support the Estates and Services departments in day to day operations. You'll use your numeracy skills and attention to detail to raise purchase orders, manage spreadsheets to assist with monthly reporting and budget management, sales figures, stock taking and assisting with updating health and safety records, risk assessments and safety inspections to ensure compliance.
You will also be the first point of contact for all lettings enquiries, providing tours (where required), managing bookings, assisting with hospitality enquiries and ensuring seamless customer service. You will keep the lettings diary up to date and cascade out of hours lettings information to our Premises Officers. Your proactive approach will help gather customer feedback and improve our services.
No two days are the same and you could also be contacting contractors/suppliers, producing signage for both internal and external events or liaising with other departments i.e. Marketing to boost interest in our facilities.
