As one of the fastest-growing and highest-rated commercial energy suppliers in the UK, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and organised Sales Support Coordinator, based in our office in Guiseley, Leeds.
You’ll be working in the fast-paced and competitive industrial and commercial (I&C) energy sector, supporting the Major Accounts team in achieving its financial targets. The role is a mix of administrative and value-adding responsibilities, helping to meet the day-to-day needs of the team.
We’re looking for someone confident with Excel and data, with an analytical mindset and a drive to improve processes and customer experience.
You’ll need to be adaptable, pragmatic, and comfortable handling queries from both colleagues and clients so if you're proactive, solutions-focused, and a strong communicator — we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
This role is all about keeping the sales operation running smoothly — helping to ensure everything stays on track, from setting up quotes to handling customer queries.
Here’s what your day-to-day might include:
* Managing a shared inbox and ensuring timely responses to internal and external requests
* Staying adaptable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift throughout the day
* Working with Excel to organise and manage data — full training provided if needed
* Handling customer queries across a range of topics, including billing and site setups
* Maintaining accurate records by keeping internal trackers and spreadsheets up to date
* Supporting the testing and implementation of new tools and systems
* Identifying opportunities to streamline admin processes — your input will be valued and recognised

* Previous experience in administration or customer service roles
* Degree-educated or possess equivalent experience — we value skills and potential over titles
