Based in Ellesmere, this is a key role within the growing Sales and customer team, where the right candidate will play an important part providing outstanding customer services and support to the sales executives. Key Duties * Act as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries – via telephone, email, webchat, online enquiries or in person * Take ownership of each enquiry from first contact through to resolution * Accurately record all customer data, and follow up all actions promptly * Liaise with internal departments, maintain accountability for query resolution * Provide excellent customer service to all customer both Trade and Retail * Support Sales Executives by following up enquiries and document on CRM * Assist customer with Product advice, quotations and general support * Process customer orders * Book deliveries * Occasionally assist with Order picking Essential Experience * Previous experienc...
