Job Description
Butler Rose is recruiting a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join a well-established organisation based in Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and delivering meaningful insight to support business performance.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting compliance requirements, and partnering with stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities * Produce monthly management accounts with supporting analysis and commentary * Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring activities * Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, including accruals and prepayments * Deliver regular financial and sales reporting to stakeholders * Assist with audit processes and statutory, regulatory, and tax reporting requirements * Analyse financial data to identify trends and support business decision-making * Complete ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required
About You * Fully or part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), or qualified by experience with relevant skills * Strong IT skills with experience handling large datasets using Excel and/or ERP systems * Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality, accurate work
