We're looking for a Hygiene & Safety Compliance Officer to join us and play a vital role in the Health & Safety team. You'll be responsible for supporting Hotel Operations to undertake audits and ensure high standards of Health & Safety at all times, as well as supporting in the development, implementation and maintenance of first-class health & safety, fire and food safety practices and processes throughout the group in our ongoing pursuit of excellence.
* A proven Safety & Health practitioner, preferably with chartered status i.e. CMCIEH and or CMIOSH.
* A specialist in health, safety, food and accident and complaint investigations.
* Fully conversant with safety management systems, auditing, incident investigations, risk assessments and training.
* Experience in coaching and supporting and training staff and new openings support.
* Experience of delivering training/presentation skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Ability to manage own workload and work under pressure.
* Highly motivated and results driven individual, passionate about achieving results.
* Self-motivated, however equally strong and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
* Excellent organisational skills, time management, great eye for detail.
* Systems literate, to include Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
