The post holder will be responsible for ensuring effective and high quality care is provided to patients in a timely manner, in conjunction with colleagues in the Emergency Department, AAUs and Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC for increasing the acute consultant presence and ambulatory care options. The postholder will be a clinical leader responsible for shaping services developments, improving quality and safety and directly managing junior doctors within the wider multi-disciplinary team.
