Sorry, no sponsorship is offered with this role Internal Opportunity – Enhanced Deputy Manager (Mental Health & Complex Services) Location: Nottinghamshire Due to the continued success of our services, FitzRoy are recruiting for an Enhanced Deputy Manager in the Nottinghamshire area. This is an internal-only opportunity for a confident and motivated leader with experience of supporting individuals with complex support needs and mental health conditions. People supported in our services may present with behaviours of concern or have a forensic background. Individuals may be supported within the community under Care and Treatment Orders or sections of the Mental Health Act, requiring a high level of professionalism, awareness and strong leadership. About the Role You will support the Registered Manager to oversee and help manage a specialist complex service, supporting individuals with varied mental health conditions and learning disabilities. The service is split across two adjacent buildings, supporting up to 17 people. You will work closely with the people we support to help them live fulfilled and happy lives, enabling them to be as independent as possible, develop positive relationships, and feel valued as equal members of their local community as part of their rehabilitation.
