Requirements
Must have:
- Good communication and collaboration skills - Growth mindset - Proficiency/understanding of core AWS services (S3, Athena, Glue, Lambda, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, CloudFormation, API Gateway, ECS, CloudWatch) - Fluency in Kotlin/Java, React, TypeScript - Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (including DynamoDB) - Strong understanding of AWS security principles (RBAC, least privilege, secure credential storage with Secrets Manager/KMS, handling sensitive data) - Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines - Familiarity with Git and GitHub Actions - Understanding of workflow management services (e.g., Amazon Step Functions) - Experience with Docker and ECS - Familiarity with monitoring and debugging tools (e.g., Datadog) - Good understanding of DevOps/DevSecOps concepts - Familiarity with Angular framework
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to enhance developer experience in a DevOps environment - Implement and manage core AWS services to support application development - Develop and maintain applications using Kotlin/Java and React - Manage SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring secure access and performance - Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes - Utilize workflow management services to automate complex workflows - Ensure security best practices are followed in application development - Monitor and debug applications using appropriate tools - Work with containerization technologies like Docker and ECS - Stay updated with DevOps/DevSecOps practices and contribute to team knowledge sharing
