Job Description Role / Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst MFG Domain Work Location: Ireland Cork / Limerick (2 days per week) The Role We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and support multiple projects across the MedTech domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers and cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions. Your Responsibilities Facilitate workshops, meetings, and walkthroughs to ensure stakeholder alignment. Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, user requirements, and functional documents. Document functional and non-functional requirements using tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Confluence, or JIRA. Support testing efforts by validating requirements and reviewing test cases. Manage expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Your Profile Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the MedTech or Manufacturing domain. Strong knowledge and experience across SDLC phases and processes. Good communication and leadership skills for managing teams and engaging with end users. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Desirable Skills / Knowledge / Experience (as applicable): Good knowledge and working experience with legacy technologies such as AS400. Good knowledge and working experience with MES technology.
