Job Description
We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join supportive schools in Horley. This role involves working closely with teachers to support pupils’ learning and development in a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support pupils in the classroom, individually and in small groups
* Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
* Help maintain a positive, engaging learning environment
* Support pupils with a range of learning needs
* Encourage confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
Requirements:
* Experience working with children (school or childcare setting preferred)
* A patient, caring, and dependable approach
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine interest in supporting children’s education
* Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
