Role Purpose
Were seeking a proactive and highly organised Business Support Executive to provide essential executive, administrative and project support to an inspirational charity Founder. You'll play a key role in streamlining operations, taking ownership of day to day admin, enabling the Founder to focus on strategy, partnerships and income generation.
This varied, fast paced role touches on operations, fundraising and marketing. Ideal for someone who thrives on initiative and multitasking, youll be central to the growth and impact of this mission driven charity.
Key Duties
* Manage the Founders diary, prioritising meetings and competing demands
* Handle emails and correspondence
* Arrange meetings, venues and travel
* Prepare presentations, reports and meeting packs
* Maintain organised filing systems and databases
* Coordinate project timelines, actions and deliverables
* Monitor progress and follow up with internal and external stakeholders
* Support the development of policies, procedures and internal systems
* Provide administrative support for fundraising campaigns and third party events
* Coordinate logistics, communications and post event reporting
* Liaise with venues, suppliers, supporters and corporate partners
* Maintain accurate records in line with data protection
* Maintain financial spreadsheets and project income logs
* Use Excel to analyse, link and report on data
* Support invoicing, payments and grant documentation.
Key Skills/Experience Required
* Proven experience in senior administrative or business support role
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (formulas, links, reporting)
* Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects
* Ability to analyse data and present actionable insights
* Confident communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience supporting fundraising or charity events
* High level of discretion and confidentiality
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
