Administrator – Temp to Perm Mansfield Full-time, Office Based Temporary to Permanent Start by being paid weekly - £12.50 per hour. What you’ll be doing: Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries (by phone, email, and face-to-face) Processing customer orders and updating the CRM system Preparing invoices, managing stock levels, and arranging re-orders Supporting the Sales team with admin, reporting, and lead tracking Liaising with transport companies and suppliers to coordinate deliveries Helping maintain accurate documentation and paperwork What we’re looking for: Some experience in customer service or administration Confident communication and a positive, can-do attitude Willingness to learn and develop in a positive environment Good organisational skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook – CRM experience a bonus!)
