Care Assistant responsibilities:
Being a Care Professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1-hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high-quality, person-focused care.
Responsibilities can include:
* Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction
* Personal care - supporting clients with bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to maintain health and independence
* Assisting with daily tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
* Accompanying clients to appointments or shopping
Essential qualifications and requirements:
* Must be a driver with access to a vehicle insured in your name with Class A Business Insurance
* GCSE level English or equivalent
* Resident within Salford (non-Salford postcodes are outside the territory)
Formal care experience is not required; full training is provided. We value your passion for caring, friendliness, professionalism, dependability, trustworthiness, and respect. References will also be considered.
Additional information:
* Work hours include at least 2 evenings and alternate weekends. Core hours are between 8am-1pm and 4.45pm-9.30pm, with potential for additional hours.
* You must be over 18 years old.
