We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support hiring across our fast-growing Sales and Customer Success (CS) teams.
Manchester-based (2/3 days in the office) – the buzzing hub of our GTM organisation.
This is where you’ll see your impact first-hand and build strong partnerships with the leaders shaping our future.

You’ll report into our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and work closely with our Manchester-based Sales & CS leaders — right at the centre of the action
What You’ll Be Doing
Recruit for impact – Support hiring across Sales and Customer Success.
Own the process – Post roles, screen CVs, coordinate interviews and keep everything moving smoothly.
Create brilliant experiences – Be the friendly, professional face of IRIS to candidates.
Build your sourcing skills – Learn how to find and engage top talent via LinkedIn and other tools.
Collaborate & improve – Share ideas and help us continuously evolve our recruitment approach.
Stay organised – Keep data accurate and processes sharp.
What We’re Looking For
️ Some recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
️ Confident communicator – comfortable with candidates and hiring managers.
️ Organised, proactive and accountable.
️ Curious about Sales, Customer Success & tech hiring.
️ Relationship-builder with a positive, can-do mindset.
️ Strong attention to detail.
