Blue Arrow is Recruiting for a Permanent Sous Chef for their client in Carnoustie on a permanent basis. Salary: £36,000 Location: Carnoustie Hours of work: 40 Hours Per Week Job Duties: Working closely with the Head Chef to deliver a consistent food offering Assisting the Head Chef in menu and dish development Running the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence / leading shift operations Maintaining high culinary standards Managing food purchasing and storage Managing a safe and hygienic operating environment Playing an essential role in a team that will put the Restaurant on the local food map, whilst adding to the course's already brilliant facilities.
